- Ownership: All Templates and content provided on http://saascrew.design/ are the exclusive property of SaaS Crew or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: When you purchase a Template from SaaS Crew, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template solely for your own company's or product's internal business needs or personal projects.
- Modifications: You are permitted to modify, adapt, and customize the purchased Templates to meet your specific company or product requirements.
- Prohibited Uses:
- You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise transfer the Templates or any parts thereof, whether in their original or modified form, to any third party.

5. Refund Policy
We offer a full or partial refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of your payment, provided the following conditions are met:
- The purchased Template(s) is completely non-functional.
- The customer reached out to our support team within seventy-two (48) hours after the purchase.
- The product description was substantially misleading at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to ask questions and gather information regarding your refund request to verify the eligibility criteria. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if, after investigation, we determine that the conditions for a refund have not been met, or if the request is deemed unreasonable based on the criteria specified.
